Your health details
Your allergens, severity and kitchen rules are sensitive. We use them only to work out who fits you. We never sell them or share them with advertisers.
What we keep
Account data (first name, email, password hash), your safety profile, a rough area about a kilometre wide (never exact coordinates), photos you choose to add, messages, and exposure notes that only you can see.
What others see
Your first name, age, photos, your triggers and rules, and your distance in whole miles. Nothing else.
What we don't collect
No doctor's notes, prescriptions, lab results or government IDs. No emergency contact details.
We send sign-in and account emails when you need them. New accounts also get LoveAllergy news and offers by email. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off on the Me page. We use Emailit to send mail and keep your address on its lists until you leave or delete your account.
Protection
Connections are encrypted in transit. Stored data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. Photos are checked automatically before others can see them.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account in the app. It removes your profile, photos, matches, messages and exposure notes. Questions? Contact us and pick Privacy.
